they've also improved the controls!! That was my biggest gripe, going from CM05 to DiRT was that the game went from an excellent Sim type racer to a purely arcade game. Now at least there seems to be some SIM back in the game!!

Average player will only race maybe what 20 to max 50 of those cars during SP career and/or MP career.

I mean the game is not targeted at young people. This is going to be one the 1st real games for adults for a console (IMO). And most of us that are adults are able to handle a lit bit this type of game play. I mean if it advances the story and has a reason for being in the game, then let it be.

360 fanboys will not affect the sales of the PS3 slim in the slightest, why worry about them?
I loved the first and the second one. Unfortunatly I did not get to play the 3rd and 4th one.

I agree. The uneducated consumer will just look at price tags. They need to push 1stly that the ps3 is a gaming console with free online, and 2ndly its a multimedia console with bluray built right in. Other wise it's back to the price tag.

Ok I never knew that, mine came with the play and charge kit included. And yes when I bought a new controller Harry, that is exactly what I purchased. Appx. $10 more then the PS3 controller.

How many people outside places like N4G know that there is price cut coming? How many people know that PS3 is technically better? How many people know about games like Heavy Rain and Alan Wake? How many know or care about compressed audio vs uncompressed?
What is with this battery comparisson lately?? Every 360 controller I have owned has come with 2 AA batteries and a rechargeable battery. Also with the 360 I have a 6 foot charging cord so I can play while I charge the battery. With my PS3 I have at max 2 foot cable to charge my controller??
So I don't understand what the issue is. with every PS3 fanboy going on and on about a re-chargeable controller out of the box??
but when the article came out that the PS3 slim is number 1 on amazon list, it was ok to approve that story? I think Morganfell in the other attempted post someone even pointed out that you approved the "amazon ps3 slim article" but railed against all other amazon related articles? What gives?
